By purchasing from NB Jewellers via Website or Social Media Platforms, you agree to the following terms:

All work requires a deposit of 50% of the total.
All sale items have to be paid in full upfront.
There are no refunds or exchanges due to all of our items being bespoke.
All items are covered by manufactures warranty. If there is a fault due to our manufacturing, we will fix the issue for free, or final option will be to remake the item for free.
If the item is not collected within 4 weeks of it being ready, you will lose your deposit/full payment and we will scrap the item.
If you have any dental issues, you are required to tell us before any work is started for items such as grillz.
We do not hold any responsibility for any dental issues after the products have been made.
You are aware that any grillz made via postage is only as accurate as your mold itself.
We do not guarantee a clip in fit, it is all dependant on the individual, and at times adhesive may be needed (Poligrip or Fixodent).
We have the right to refuse work; if so, we will make you aware before any work is started.
